We want every guest to have the best possible experience on the water, and we’re committed to being upfront about what to expect when boarding.
Due to the design of Ocean Defender and the stepped boarding gangway at Urangan Harbour, we are unable to accommodate guests who require the use of a wheelchair. We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
That said, we warmly welcome guests with limited mobility. Ocean Defender features a low-threshold side boarding gate with handrails for assisted embarkation, wide walkways, and onboard toilet facilities, all designed to make your time aboard as comfortable as possible. Our crew are always on hand to assist with boarding and to help you find the most suitable seating location.
